Before we go on the offense, we need to sort out what years of negligence caused. We shore up our defenses, take care of our men and women and deploy as much firepower as we possibly can. Only then we can proceed with our plans.

Ladies and gentlemen of the Core. The time to rally is once again upon us. After years of... mediocre leadership, the change is upon us. This time around, we shall learn from our past and avoid making the same mistakes, over and over again.
Effective immediately, all grounded battlegroups are to be re-activated. I am aware most of them had been erradicated, but Battlegroup Ehrgeiz is still going strong, so is the Athena's top tier prototype battlegroup. The Mars as well is holding it's ground with great success in Kappa. Any battlegroup that is not currently deployed will converge on Omicron Delta and secure the perimeter around Nauru. For now, our primary task is to reach peak operational capabilities once again, while holding our ground.
All hostiles are to be engaged without prejudice. Our friends from Crete deserve special attention, no mercy for them. As for the Order and the AI, it's business as usual. Shoot first, ask questions never.
