My trader is a mobile mission npc. I created a fun RP for helping the newbs yuo can find wrongly placed in the stories forum. Sometimes if i don't feel like doing that one i will specifically look for pirates to pirate me. I will be nice and cordial while being pirated, then look for any and all BHers or legals to hunt them down mercilessly. Seeing someone else kill a pirate is almost as gratifying to me as doing it myself. If NY is absolutely infested with liberty police, too many to do my recruit RP, I will smuggle and try to hire outcasts, corsairs, lane hackers, anyone i can find en masse and get them to run interference or outright knock out the police for a price. This has been harder lately as outcasts and corsiars seem more reluctant to go into ny. Surprisingly i can never get anyone to attack order, no matter how much i pay.
My trader likes to create mayhem, or try to, and get others to RP and have fun. Staves off the boredom. And to my shock and surprise, i found it could be more fun than anything else. That is of course when others play along, getting rarer cept the recruit one. Endless supply of recruits. New players seem to want to play along the most. I always wait for them to get at least to 20 though. This gives them time to start figuring stuff out for themselves. That one is my favorite since it involves others and requires no pvp whatsoever. It is one of the greatest things to see a new player say, "OMG there is a cop following me. I hope he does not catch me." Welcome to RP I always think.
All this in my advanced train so i still make a profit.
Unfortunately, I've learned how to dodge police/pirates too well...none of my traders ever seem to get stopped (at least, not by anyone who would disapprove of my trading...)
