The Inner Phalanx has concluded its portion of the negotiations. The Monument-Class Dreadnought - The Cincinnati - was returned to Liberty along with its accompanying fighter compliment in its hangar. Reparations have been paid and this network has been established per the terms of swift communication to slowly better our standing with The Republic.
I needn't reiterate that we are not looking to convert members of Liberty's forces to our mission, or to interfere with the day to day operations in The Republic. Our interests are the removal of Maltese elements and halting of the artifact trade. The necessary legal requirements for many of our assets will be met as soon as our attention can be directed towards such. Naturally, our cooperation will be of a clandestine nature.
If there is more that needs to be discussed, then I will be sure to answer any and all concerns you might have.
Until then, I bid you farewell, and may Eirene grant you peace.

Keeper Leviathan & The Inner Phalanx,
I have not been notified of any transfer as I would've been there to personally witness it in Southampton Shipyard in New London. Upon transfer, the vessel is meant to be assigned to the First fleet and after inspection and a modernization refit it will be re-commissioned under the First Fleet for the first operational tests under a newly selected commanding officer from the First Fleet and crew.
Neither has any repartitions payment been witnessed yet.
A network for swift communication would be opened by us rather than yourselves, and in our terms.
And all the terms discussed were to be overseen by your college Raven.
Therefore I'm afraid I'll have to render this transmission as false, invalid and malicious.
Communications like this are not the smartest thing to do, Keeper Leviathan, unless you're interested in re-inciting the conflict.
Best of regards,
Alan Jones

The Cincinnati's escort and departure was overseen by a 5th LNS-Odyssey, as I've come to find within my brief investigation with the manager of this scenario. Admiral Sader of the Odyssey also authorised it's departure and return, as they escorted it back.
Quote:[05.02.2017 23:23:54] 5th|LNS-Odyssey: Sader: Sorry for being late. The maintanence crew from norfolk didn't realize we had to depart asap.
[05.02.2017 23:23:55] LNS-Cincinnati: Montgomery: Greetings to you, as well.
[05.02.2017 23:24:10] LNS-Cincinnati: Montgomery: Nah, we just got the all-clear to ship out this morning.
[05.02.2017 23:24:34] 5th|Mike.Anderson: Good day everyone
[05.02.2017 23:24:44] 5th|LNS-Odyssey: Sader: I see.
And you'll find that the reparation was actually paid a week ago.
I keep to my word, and I find it pretty insulting that you have the desire to call me out on things that I have not committed. Please re-consider the attire of your words. This is evidentally one big misunderstanding. Thank you for your time.
