My name is Lena Riemann, Major of the Red Hessian Army, we understand our relations with the Shogunate are in an old and relatively “untouched” state as they have been for some time. With more resources and a new Generalmajor commanding the Armee, we would like to re-extend its old relations and support those we once frequently referred to as “allies”. The Armee has diamonds and minerals in an abundant supply and the means to acquire them in a hasty manner now more than ever. With the Shogunate’s help and permission, the Armee would like to begin supplying the Shogunate with resources in return for access to as many bases and systems in Kusari as the Shogunate will allow. If the Armee's intelligence isn’t too outdated, the system of Chugoku is where we would like to begin sending resources to further re-establish connections.

After deliberation, the Shogunate has come to a decision.
Our friendship shall be renewed. The Red Hessians shall be allowed onto our stations once again, as long as the Blood Dragons receive the same...with exceptions.
Due to the sensitive nature of both Sendai Research Complex and Mito Shipyards, we must restrict all traffic to them unless absolutely necessary. Otherwise, the remainder of our bases - Hikone, Ryuku, and Kyoto - will be glad to receive you all. All resources can be directed to Kyoto, or if needed, Hikone.
