Comrade, our two revolutions have grown together more and more over the last few months. I would like to make a request of you, one I hope that will only be the first of many agreements between our fine organizations.
We require five Transport class vessels, as storage and resupply ships for the fleet, and we were hoping that you would be able to provide them, with your Series ST transports. We believe they would offer the best blend of firepower, protection, and storage space, with the handy feature of also being avaliable locally to you.
In exchange, we've recently begun some extremely interesting weapons research, and are close to seeing results. I would be more than happy to send you the plans thus far, for your engineers to look over, and, of course, send a few samples of any finished product your way.

Well, Admiral, you are quite lucky. We currently have a few dozens of Series ST transports stationed at Vogtland, under preparation for a new mining project. I am sure we can easily spare five for the betterment of both our causes.
Meanwhile, I am very curious as to those weapon specifications. If you aren't aware of the location of Vogtland Base yet, I have attached a set of coordinates, we will expect your expedition to come soon and retrieve the equipment.
