Photoshop CS3 is what Mordrom (My BF) used to create my sigs and animation. He is a total adobe man. Now CS4 is out, but according to many... it isn't THAT much better than CS3, for the cost. The Master Suite costs around 2500.00USD. So... not cheap. I've watched him spend hours glued to pixels, so if you want a quick and dirty... the other suggestions are probably better suited to your tastes. Mord's anal about his work. Prolly cause he is still learning. hehe. Don't tell him I said that.
