Can't stay logged in with my original IP - Only if I use VPN. [Fixed for now]

I fixed my problem for now - but I'm very unsure if this isn't just coincidental (I had this problem in the past and it comes and goes seemingly ramdom)

what I did different was to allow put DSLauncher in the firewall allow list.
however, seems weird to me that this will be a reliable forever-fix... cause if the problem was not having DSLaucher in firewall allowance list, wouldn't I still be unable to log in even using VPN?!

tracert still shows some asterics - but at least i can log in.

I have the same problem and i went to the end of it before with the help of @Alley
It have no cure from your side or the server side because unfortunately there is a node in between you and the server that is causing the problem

The Cure i found is:
Restart your router if you have dynamic IP
The IP will be changed and you will have a chance to loose that constant red lag and disconnection

PS: sometimes i have to restart my router 4 times so i can get rid of that error in the past

I have static IP.
