I think you do not understand what is this sanction about:

First of all, this is not for hate, you are old enough on this game to know the rules, however, I think you did not read your own faction's ID rules: You can do no demands. Amd also, server rules clearly say not to do demands except for cash and cargo, but you demanded equipment.

Also. If you wanted to claim the bounty, you could've just say: "Time to claim a bounty" or something like that, not to take off my equipment amd then kill me for the simple reason you could not aim a simple shield.
