May 12th, 817: Subject pinged on scanners at approximately 3:36 PM, station time. Flew at a distance of 12K from the installation, appearing to be on a course towards the nearby Palau Ice Cloud. Left scanning range within 90 seconds.
May 18th, 817: Subject appeared to be flying from the Omicron Lost Jump-hole. Docked at 1:04 AM, station time. Vessel critically damaged, with multiple hull breaches, and even a lost engine. 12 of her crew of 40 reported dead. Dr. Heider in emergency care due to major injuries at the moment. Cargo hold analysis revealed large tanks full of alien organisms, along with what are presumed to be remains of Nomad ships. Estimated repair time: 11 months.
April 23rd, 818: 2 Mindnode-Class Nomads de-cloaked on a direct course for the station, weapons armed, at 4:05 PM, station time. Subject, alongside a Nephilim-Class carrier (presumably on patrol), engaged them. Succeeded in destroying both hostiles with minor damage sustained. Returned to station for repairs.
