So let us get this straight, you encounter a BHG IDed snub on a FL IDed gunboat that is not hostile to the surroundings, and, knowing full well that they may not within the server rules attack you without a legitimate bounty contract regardless of the previous interactions with you, start taunting them IRP for not having the family jewels necessary to do so.
The fact that you were carrying provocative cargo at the time also leads us to assume that you were simply trying to bait lawful players into attacking you.
From our view it seems as though since the other player did not succumb to your provocation due to server rules, you instead tried to use his rebuttal to your initial verbal provocation as justification to open fire on them.
Yes. We would allow in certain cases for Freelancer IDed ships to attack another player based on IRP consequences on the count of verbal harassment. This is why reports are handled by human beings, instead of bots. However in this case you do not apply for that exception.
We would also like to hear from you why do you think that taunting players IRP due to OORP limitations imposed by server rules count as valid roleplay.

First of all, I'm not surprised to see this thread, after I recollected the thoughts and realized failure in here. However, the cargo was not really meant to bait anyone (just reread the logs in stories) - my character, Cofu Mrrisho, is just someone who disregards the overall civil rules on the verge of almost-feral behaviour BUT is not an outright criminal to have Pirate ID - and no other ID fits the character I wanted to roleplay, because it would force the character to join either side of lawful vs unlawful and unlawful vs unlawful feud. The issue is why I don't want Pirate ID is the fact that in most cases, makes character a pretty nice target to all trigger-happy players - even Rogues prey on Pirate ID players. Not to mention that a lot of players, including even official faction members, doesn't want to roleplay, but to get blue - like I stated on a one faction's feedback - and do not even to try hear the played behind that ID.
True, I shouldn't have shot the character according to my ID - but on the family jewels I wasn't really aware such an insult actually was dropped until I've reread the logs. In short, situation went way out of control and I became a bit too much in-character, then it simply... happened. But due to the circumstances I understand why such sanction happened.
As for IRP taunting, I simply want to hear what exactly is meant by exception. Once again, cargo wasn't a bait and hadn't be meant as baiting. Why I had Slave in cargo was to initiate concerned and healthy kind of roleplay within house space, not to bait people. All but that, I am not such a person. I had been baited by enough players not to do the same to the rest of the community. And you know that.
The mention of an exception was a reference to an earlier talk about situations where FL IDs attacking first and without a bounty would be viewed as acceptable.
It was not related to the earlier paragraph about taunting. If you did indeed are not surprised to see this sanction and have adjusted your future ideas accordingly, you will find your ship on Trafalgar. The rest of the sanction, of course, stands.
