The movie, not the ship. Sorry Bretonia fans.

I just watched the movie in a theater and I am usually very critical when it comes to movies, but this one deserves a praise. It's so well made with the realistic events of how a war looks like based on the true story from WW2. It also perfectly demonstrated how air combat worked back then, how anything else but survival is irrelevant in such a situation and how it feels to come back from a war. I'd definitely recommend this movie to everyone, although be advised that it can be disturbing to some because of how realistically it shows a war through mass killing and tension/drama.

I also really liked the scenes not being in a chronological order to emphasise the importance of the role of RAF planes, most notably Tom Hardy's one. Had they been in a chronological order he'd only have 5-10 minutes in the whole movie while instead we got beautiful air combat. It's one of the few movies that did that with scenes, especially showing them from different people's perspectives without giving you a hint until later in the scene. Really amazing.
