GMG|Kara.Yukari has been sanctioned for:

1.2 Flaming, insulting, trolling and harassing other players
4.4 Every char must have only one type of ID equipped and they must play to that ID. Nomads are allowed to be engaged by all IDs. In all other cases where these restrictions and allowances conflict with the server rules, the ID overrides the rules

Consequences:

Constantly CD'ing another to try to get them to attack you, outside your ZOI, is not a thing we expect to see.

Loss of guns, including the offending item, and credits. Sanction Notice in your hold.

But how would you know why I CD'd Sombra, you can easily tell that it is an in RP mockery. Gaians are enemies of the GMG, my character is radical towards enemies so just letting an enemy like "fly by" because I cannot attack them wouldn't make sense character-wise. The fact that the Gaian was too weak with bots/batts to fight my character simply is a reason to mock him/her/whatever. You could call it in RP trolling, but that is how RP works as well, the world is diverse, so is RP, it's not outright trolling because one party thinks that it is. But fine, I will try not to trigger people again <-<

A simple rule of fact - If you are outside of your ZOI, consider any lines or allowances in your ID regarding PvP of any kind off limits, apart from the few exceptions of self-defense. The only reason you can exit your ZOI is trading. Especially if your interaction of such kind with a player, while surrounded by IDs that HAVE the ability to engage them, may lead to the player's death. If that had happened, you would have been slapped even harder.

It should also be noted that one of the staff comments while reviewing your sanction was "If this is how the "new GMG" is going to show themselves, they're off to a great start."
If you have any intention to propose yourselves as a new GMG group, you should reconsider your approach.

I am pretty sure I said "my character". Also, I can exit my ZoI whenever I want, I just cannot enforce PvP related lines unless stated otherwise.
