lost my account

hi im new to discovery not new to the whole freelancer game itself . but i do have a bit of a problem....
i logged off early today an did some house cleanign an came back to play my game an well my CaptNemo and my capt.nemo accounts were gone an then i was asked to upgrade the game how do i go an get my accounts back ?

If you give the names of your characters to the admins, they can restore the account.
So just wait around till they see this thread.

i did when i log into the the launcher my account name is Eddie or eddie dont remember which or how i spelled it .... but the chars names are capt.nemo and CaptNemo

well i just turned the game back on .... i launched the discovery launcher an note came up saying update or something like that i go to log into my accounts but the server isnt listed nor is the accounts i made
the main name is Eddie an my characters names were capt.nemo and CaptNemoso i did an uninstall of everything an going to reinistall freelancer and discovery
to see if i could get my account back that way

Did you have only one account when you opened the Launcher prior to this?

Also, did you remember what did the note say?
