Since Kusari is rather inactive, I don't have a clear view on ALL the criminal factions that should be pirating in Kusari. Can some of you tell me any of the unlawfuls I missed in the list below?

Blood Dragons: Revolutionaries who occasionally pirate for supplies.

GC: Pirate/Terrorist group disguised as ultra-feminist movement. Deals in Cardamine.

Farmers Alliance: Basically Kusari Xenos who work for Samura.

Hogosha: Corporate in Kusari, switches to pirating in Taus, Sigmas, and Kepler/Galileo. Deals in Artifacts.

Gallic Brigands: Pirate in Taus, Rishiri, and Kyushu. They are very uncommon.

Junker Marauders: Nomadic Pirates who mostly show up to rob you during Narcrahtite trading events.

Outcasts: Have ZOI here, but mostly just provide cap support for GC. Deals in Cardamine.

Corsairs: Mostly operate in Sigma-13, but can show up in other Sigmas and Honshu. Deals in Artifacts.

Indie Pirates: Never show up here.

Tau's, Kyushu & Gallia is 95% of our activity. Pew in Tau's a lot with the various Gallic factions.

The Hogosha is focusing most on the Sigmas where you will find a mix of piracy and actual terrorism against GMG.
Taus would be for the odd Gallic transport to pirate (if there ever were any ingame, duh), Kepler and Galileo would be mini-war with Xenos and LHs, piracy there brought already trouble for the official Hogosha in the past so it's anything but risky to pirate there.

BD primary focus is on Samura, secondary Kishiro. The rest is just a thing when they have useful supplies, so basically case by case.

GC? Samura, Kishiro, Lib ones given a chance, more the Rheinland and Gallic corps though. Bretonia corps, IC and GMG are excluded from piracy (unless they carry stuff like Stabiline, then it's cargo piracy anyways) simply due to diplomacy. (Actually by law GC is neutral in Rheinland and Liberty but eh, whatever.)

Junker Marauders? They just rob whatever they can, usually in co-operation with Dragons or GC, or just by themselves.

OCs? Limited piracy and cap ship access by the Orange Treaty, usually not a problem as long as the OCs prove useful. Way too less around anyways.

Oh and actually there are LR and LH in Shikoku as well. Acting as business/piracy partners of GC in the area.

(And while I mentioned usual targets, all of us are very pleased about Freelancer transports hauling He-3 ^^)

Also blood dragons supposedly have a high code of honor even in piracy too if its an unaffiliated party, but the focus is samura especially as they see them as dishonorable collaborators of the enemy who helped in the overthrowing of the shogun.

More so than revolutionary they're up for restoring their old shogunate system.

Thanks for the info. As for the rest of you, thanks for mentioning more roles and objectives, as well as the LR and LH.
