"Kon'nichiwa. I am rather surprised to see this message being overlooked.

In case of Rheinland, I fully understand this. The recent events in Frankfurt must have caused chaos in the entire goverment, hopefully the situation stabilizes soon again. I would also understand if Rheinland wishes to decline our invitations as they consider sending civilians towards us through the Sigmas as too risky.

In case of the Gallic Kingdom, can we expect a reply any time soon? Otherwise we will launch the project without your participation which would be a loss for both sides.

I am happy to see a reply on my message, it is just a surprise that the Royal Navy decided to answer instead of a professor for education. Anyway, I already imagined such an answer from your side. There is a sufficient number of people on our side who showed interest into the Gallic culture and wishes to learn more about it. This brings us to the next point, are there any conditions they have to fulfill to receive clearance to stay? Where will they stay and so on. The most basic questions concerning such an exchange.

We are happy to see that the Gallic Crown isn't fully opposed to this idea.
