You stated to be more than happy to come along to my island, should my intentions about our meeting are serious. So, here I am. You can consider this message as invitation. Next week, whenever you can - feel free to join me. Our primary argument will address the topic of "Code Blue", which I hope your agency is familiar with. The SIS is a phoenix rising from the ashes of its former predecessors but there is a lot more to be done for its functionality to be complete. Over the years I've assisted all agencies we had so far - that is why I am extending my hand to assist you as well. This will be the second argument we will discuss.
