Almost a hundred ambitious engineers were found waiting to witness the hybrid achievement that was the Generalmajor's vessel. The engines roared with more intimidation than a gunship, and the propulsion systems fired up as the vessel slowly lowered itself to the ground. Following it was the General's personal Odin, being piloted by one of her guards, it lowered itself in a similar fashion, only with less attention of course. As Anna exited the vessel several engineers clapped, others saluted from afar, Anna raised her arm, waving her hand once before climbing down the latter. Her guards were standing about at different parts of the hangar bay and the shuttle carrying the rest of the squadron, each of them carefully surveying the crowd of people for anyone with potential hostile intentions. The Coalition guards were no less cautious, any hint of hostility in the crowd will draw dire repercussions against the entire nation.

As Anna exited the ladder, she saw the field marshal standing in the hangar bay with two armed guards at his side, and another officer talking with him. Anna walked over to him, as she closed in his attention shifted immediately. Before he could react further Anna spoke up. Field Marshal. She said casually as she stopped, adjusting her gloves.

With the fanfare of her landing in the background, and a junior officer consuming his attention in the foreground, Field Marshal Selim indeed hardly noticed. Quickly sending off the junior officer he looked up sternly. His guard detail seemed almost emotionless, fully clad in Volgograd Industries finest anti-capitalist hardware and a stark contrast to his much more well-mannered appearance. After the junior had run off and he was addressed, he returned the favor.

"Generalmajor. I see you're more or less in one piece."

Looking past Heinrich he took a quick stock of all the vessels the Hessians brought in.

"Is this all the firepower the techs will be handling? The sooner we get to the labs the sooner we can oversee this and get it done."

My Fightercraft is all we need for now, and takes priority. Replications can be made as soon as the initial tests are complete and things are properly in place. The Field Marshal gave Anna a look of approval as she replied. I'll have field test results shortly after the weapons are installed onto my personal vessel. I'll have a Heimdall brought in once we've completed retrofits to my two vessels here. That I of course, unless you want this "Failsafe" to remain in our capital ship designs? Anna asked with a hint of ambition, the Coalition's weaponry was very unique, and brought potential in damage as well as efficiency. While their ship models could be rivaled, there was no question their weaponry was some of the best.

There was no doubt about that in anyone's mind. The Kalashnikov and Dragunov series guns were nothing short of effective. The same applied to their much larger cousins, for instance the Goryunov-5 gunboat turret. Hessian weapons, on the other hand, had a certain level of brutality forged by their much more direct circumstances of war. To the Coalition, such pieces had a value for their raw devastation, even if they weren't as efficient.

"To the contrary. There are some instances where we could benefit from something a bit... heavier than we normally use. Bring in your gunboat, and arrange for a cruiser as well. We have the Kaliningrad on standby for battleship systems integration. Let's get some vodka and watch the techs do their thing. "

My heimdall, the Dainn, will be brought in for upgrades shortly. The RHC-Hessen is on standby at Ronneburg and can be deviated here as well. As soon as retrofits to the Kalingrad show fruitful results my personal Jormungand will be on-scene to collect more weaponry for the trip back to Wolfsberg. Anna replied, drinking mightve seemed appropriate at any time if you were a Field Marshal, but Anna didn't find liquor calling to her at the hour. I'll have a drink when the work is over. She replied before walking over to one of the labs to oversee the re-arming process. All that was left to do was wait for the retrofits to finish.
