(yes, the title is a little clickbait)

Hello everybody, it's me...again... with some doubts about the Camera Ship. I would like to use it to see things "out of my range" like the Alaska system, the thing is:
Can i do it, or is illegal or need i need to be autorized or something? And one thing, this is completely OoRP, i just want to see the nomad Irra.
If i can do it: how do i pass the mine field? I read somewhere that you need a LSF ID but i would find strange a Camera Ship with a LSF ID...
Your best chance of finding a nomad Irra would be to respawn as a nomad and then buy the ship from new haven in conn, since they spawn in plenty right outside of it.
But unless I’m mistaken, nomads don’t naturally spawn in Alaska unless fought by mission ( correct me if I’m wrong)
If you still want to go to Alaska, liberty navy I’d will do and you can find one on battleship Missouri in new York
You can go anywhere using the Camera ship. The easiest ways of getting it is by creating a new character, taking any restart, then take that new character with your restart to Connecticut using /conn and then you buy the Camera ship. This is done in two minutes.
The Camera Ship itself does not exist in roleplay, so don't try to interact with people using it. It actually doesn't matter what ID you equip on the camera ship, since you won't be using it for any RP anyway. It is just for ooRP discovery and to take screenshots or recordings of stuff happening in the game. If you want to explore Alaska, create a new character and give it the /restart LiNavy restart. Your new ship will start with perfect reputation to the Liberty Navy, allowing you to enter Alaska without troubles. Alternatively, you can simply start Singleplayer and explore the stuff there, as in Singleplayer, your ship starts being neutral to anything.

Huh, I never really understood how that worked entirely. I just used a recruit Id and it was fine.
The more you know, thanks sombs.
Yes, it does, and all humans are hostile to it. Setting up a new camera ship by using any other restart does literally take two minutes and doesn't require you to invest money into it, since the restarts give you a loadout better than the new character loadout.
Hey there, I'm glad I could point you in the right direction with the color change. It really helped me by changing the default colors to something more...noticeable. As far as the Camera Ship, Sombs is, I believe, the resident expert on the use of that ship, so that will put you on the right track. Now, am I to assume you mean you can't find your way through the minefield? It can be tricky to find at first, but not terrible. The entrance is located on the borders of F/G5, behind Battleship Missouri. Just fly at the edge of the field and you will notice the mines thin out and a corridor will appear with the Alaska jump gate in plain site. Sorry, I'm on my phone and its a pain to do anything other than type, so I can't link any pics. Just take a look at the NavMap and you'll see it. Hope this is what you meant, if not..,oops.
