Salutations and felicitations, Lord Moka and his esteemed advisors.

Due to troubles in the Sigmas that you have undoubtedly heard of by now, I have good reason to believe that H-Fuel supplies may slow to a trickle very soon. This is concerning to all of us, no matter who we are. In the spirit of keeping things back on the home front interesting, I've decided to do my part and perhaps erect a proper storage for the stuff near the Cortez Gate in California. This is where you come in.

I am willing to part with a portion of the fuel and a large sum of credits in exchange for my person and my belongings remaining unmolested by you and your band of high-risk salvage experts in the course of you plying your trade. Hell, if you see me and you know there are/were ripe marks about, I'd be more than willing to move the loot you can't take and send the money along, or if you have your own transports of piratical intent, feel free to use my facilities to store the loot whilst you get into some plainclothes.

Unfortunately, there may be a few snags. The local jackboots calling themselves law enforcement wouldn't take too kindly to me flagrantly letting you and yours have open access to the place (and who in their right mind wouldn't want to control access to what could possibly be one of the last great repositories of H-Fuel in Sirius should that little Sigma brush fire burn long), so try to maintain an air of subtlety about the whole thing, all right? The last thing any of us want is a disaster like that.

Be it blue, green or orange is something
none of us want as you are well aware. So to
hear someone on their own volition wants to help
keep the Rogues in good supply, who am I to say no?

Basically, what I am getting from you is hassle free trade
in exchange for some benefits. Friends with benefits or
some kind of shenanigans is what I think would be
just what we need. So all in all I can say with a fair
level of certainty that you might have found a
client for your services. But let me just
remind you that we're not just a few
idiots with big guns, but the core
body of Liberty's underworld.
