Ok, I'm planning some videos right now, and I want them to include BOTH speech/dialogue audio files, as well as background music.

Problem is, I seem to only be able to put one or the other into the timeline. Anyone know how to get both to work together?

On your case first add Speech than save it and then jus open it again and add what ever you need to add more.

Audacity is quite the program, i use it to record odd sounds I could use as projectile firing noises for several games:)
