§1. Neutrality

§1.1. Eden Paradises is always considered non-hostile by the treaty faction.

§1.2. Eden Paradises is forbidden to carry any weapons, arms, explosives or ammunition on its ships.

§1.3. Eden Paradises may conduct its business within the treaty faction’s zone of influence.

§1.4. Eden Paradises is forbidden to assist or participate in operations with the treaty faction that does not correspond to Eden Paradises field of business and services.

§1.5. Eden Paradises is forbidden to assist or participate in operations with the treaty faction that would jeopardize its neutrality and treaties with other factions.

§2. Privacy

§2.1. Eden Paradises keeps private all information related to its customers.

§2.2. Eden Paradises is obligated to destroy any private information related to its customers in case of risk or danger of leakage.

§2.3. Eden Paradises are forbidden to give out its customers when demanded.

§3. Law

§3.1. Eden Paradises is subject to the laws of the treaty faction while in their zone of influence, except for the following cases:

§3.1.1. Eden Paradises may carry customers belonging to factions considered hostile by the treaty faction.

§3.1.2. Eden Paradises may not be forced to remain within the treaty faction’s zone of influence.

§3.1.3. Eden Paradises may not be subject to tolls, piracy or any other financial demands by the treaty faction.

§3.2. Customers of Eden Paradises are subject to its internal laws when aboard its ships, which are described as the following statements:

§3.2.1. Customers of Eden Paradises may not carry weapons, arms, explosives, ammunition or anything considered a risk or danger of harm to other customers.

§3.2.2. Customers of Eden Paradises are subject to the internal rules of the company first and foremost, and to the laws of the treaty faction second.
