Guten Tag, Sehr geehrter Herr Mueller. My name is Laura Carsten and I´m polizeidirektorin of the Rheinland Federal Polizei.

During routine check, we found out that your base is guarded by four weapon platforms. This seems to be a violation of paragraph 8.3. of Article Eight of Rheinland laws which state that construction of weapon platforms must be approved by at least one of the primary law-enforcement authorities ([RM], RFP|, BDM|) before construction begins. But as far as I can check, federal polizei did not approve them and we were not informed that Rheinland Military or Büro des Marinenachrichtendiensts would do that as well.

Thus, I request from you to provide NeuralNet link to communication with representative of some of the mentioned law enforcement authorities where they approved construction of your weapon platforms.

I strongly recommend you to provide immediately the proof of approval I asked for. Or at least start communicating. Otherwise you will face serious consequencies, what may include even annulment of your base registration and subsequently its forced dismantling by law enforcement forces.

Guten Tag , my name is Otto Mueller , i need apologize first for the delay, then for the misdoing of our organization.

We had received notice of incoming attack short before the attack to the base by a pirate and terrorist organization part of the Hessians, and in the hurry to provide defenses for the base, we have forgott about it.

As some personall have died on the attack, we never knew that the request never been sent. Entire sections of the base been breached and lost atmosphere, that may explain why none of the recovered documents shown us that.

Excuses, however, cant fix the situation we are in. Our plataforms are at present moment, illegal, but as possibility of more attacks havent vanished, i would like to do all that is needed to make its existance allowed by the law.

Base itself is away from trade routes, acess to all rheinland corporations, as well as to Rheinland law enforcement forces always been granted. Whatever is required to put us back in the law will be done.

Guten Tag, Sehr geehrter Herr Mueller.

Bundespolizei is well aware of the massive attack on your base executed by Hessians and Coalition four months ago. If you had requested permission for the construction of the weapon platforms back then, we would had probably issued it considering the situation, position of your base and its completely clean criminal record. However, despite your explanation is understandable, it is still responsibility of the base administration to obtain proper permission and you failed to do so not only before the siege, but even more than ten weeks after, and thus violated the law.

After examining and discussing this case thoroughly, what is the cause of delay of this reply, it was decided to issue a fine of 10 million credits for every platform, thus 40 million in total. Send the sum to the account RFP|Arsenal and submit the confirmation of the payment hier, bitte. Once you do that, we are ready to issue permission for your platforms and legalize them.

Guten Tag, Sehr geehrter Herr Mueller.

Gut, you have sent the fine finally, it was about time. Despite there was no rush, we expected you will sort this issue in reasonable timeframe and thus were just about to be forced to apply further and significantly harsher measures against you and your installation. Anyway, the issue is solved and current four weapon platforms which your base has are legal now under two conditions. First, use of so called "full hostile automatic defense mode three" which would cause platform opening fire at all unregistered ships is not allowed. Second, placing any ships which are not listed in the Rheinland criminal database or declared criminals on black list of the defense system is not allowed as well.

We consider this matter hereby as closed.
