History of the Marinenachrichtendienst

In 825 A.S the Rheinwehr was in need of his own Nachrichtendienst, since the BDM became his own department and was out of the range of the Oberkommando.

Grossadmiral Graf Roland von Tannenberg beauftrage Admiral Peter von Braun to create a division that was right under the command of the Rheinwehr to launch covert operations against the Feinde of the Bundesrepublik Rheinland, to overwatch the BDM and all the corporations under the flag of the Bundesrepublik and also to aid our allies outside of the Rheinland borders.

With the end of Grossadmiral Graf Roland von Tannenberg and Admiral Peter von Braun the Marinenachrichtendienst went into Vergessenheit in the meantime the Soldaten returned to their designated stations. With the raise of Admiral Franz Bäke and the outbreak of the Krieg between Rheinland and Kusari, the Marinenachrichtendienst got reactivated and is serving under the Rheinland Military Oberkommando again.


Aufgaben of the Marinenachrichtendienst
--> Defend the Vaterland against hostile forces.
--> Launch covert operations against hostile forces.
--> Do Scout missions for further Rheinland Military operations.
--> Overwatch the BDM, Corporations and their allies.


Ränge of the Marinenachrichtendienst
Admiral (Adm.):
A Rheinland Admiral is the head of command. They are responsible for various parts and systems of Rheinland. All tactical decisions, promotions, demotions and accepting new recruits are being signed by them or by the Oberkommando of the Rheinland Military. (RM 1iC)

Stabshauptmann (StHm.):
A Stabshauptmann of the Marinenachrichtendienst is the second highest rank Soldaten can achive in the MND, they are responsible to assist the Admiral in every way they can, if it's promotions or demotions, it doesn't matter. All tactical operations are guided by them, their are responsible for their pilots and their skills.

Hauptmann (Hm.):
The Hauptmann of the Marinenachrichtendienst is the right hand of the Stabshauptmann, he get's his tasks directly from the Stabshauptmann and is responsible that everything goes a smooth way.

Stabsfeldwebel (StFw.):
The Stabsfeldwebel of the Marinenachrichtendienst is the main rank of the MND. They are the most and common used pilots in the MND who are used in the Operations ordered by the Admiral or the Oberkommando of the Rheinland Military.

Feldwebel (Fw.):
The Feldwebel of the Marinenachrichtendienst is the trial rank of the MND. While the Stabshauptmann and Admiral are watching their newest addition, they need to pass several tests and a trial time of 3 weeks.
