Konnichiwa, honoured Elders. I have a small matter that I feel compelled to bring to your attention. I have recently had reports of, and even witnessed with my own eyes, the actions of a certain "Job".
This person (or persons) has, through some means, acquired one of your M26 Gunboats. This vessel, he is flying under your colours, but claiming to be "independent". However, he is using said vessel to interrupt our activities in Kusari, and even to attack our allies, the Farmer's Alliance, whose escape pods he refused to hand over.
Naturally, this is quite disconcerting, but I could not bring myself to open fire on what could have been one of your agents. I trust you to act appropriately to resolve the matter with this individual and all concerned. Our relationship with you is of utmost importance to us, and we cannot have outsiders creating such tensions.
