As you are aware the Yubokumin Flagship remains empty and heavily damaged outside of Kyoto, due to this ships recent past it serves as nothing but a morale breaker in its current state. The vessel was due for total demolition but has recently been identified as the "Daidarabotchi" the evidence to suggest this identification was minimal, reports of the vessel cloaking in combat, a warn emblem that may or may not have been Watanabe.

This was until we checked the Daidarabotchi's hanger on Mito, the vessel was indeed missing. It appears the Yubokumin have been able to achieve a great many things in the shadows, regardless this ship cannot remain in the visible range of Kyoto for much longer. I doubt that you will have time to complete a full repair of this vessel, nor can it return directly to Mito for the reasons mentioned above. I am however willing to delay to demolition teams long enough for you to repair functionality to the engines and reinforce the basic structural integrity to enable the vessel to survive a voyage to Hikone.

Should your clan wish to preserve this vessel the initial reports show that to get the ship to these standards you will need to acquire 8,000 Manifolds or Hull Segments, 4,000 engine components, and 1,000 H-fuel. Other basic resources will be provided by Kyoto, remember that the completion of this task will still leave the vessel incapable of weapons fire and it's shield still inoperable, these issues would need to be resolved whilst moored at Hikone.

This theft was as insulting as it was well executed. And I'm afraid this would have gone unnoticed for quite a while longer, had you not brought it to my attention.
