I've recovered the records of your last message, the one answered by my father. I believe the conditions for establishing any kind of cooperation required your enclave to prove your worth. But since you say it has since disbanded then I suppose this just as well proves the opposite.

However seeing that you're coming back, seeking our favour, means to me that perhaps not all is lost yet. In any case, I don't see a reason not to grant you another chance.
