Today it was found that your installation is opening fire on Separatist ships. Until now your base has been of no interest to us.

Who is the owning and maintaining this installation?
What is its purpose?
What is the reason for your hostile actions?

I am as surprised as you to find Scrap Palace has determined yourself as a hostile entity. We are loyal to Liberty, but are non-combatants. Indeed we avoid conflict if at all possible. Commerce is our stock and trade, not politics. I can only think that something was activated in the protection protocols that the defence system adheres to by the previous owner of Scrap Palace.
I will send a technician to check to see if the protection protocols are running without corruption. ETA is about 12 hours.

Further to my previous communications. Our technicians have not uncovered any irregularity in the protection protocols. As is customary for =DSE-'s non-combatant stance no hostile settings are set in operation with Scrap Palace's defense. All defense platforms are passive and react only when hostile action is taken.
Could you please verify that it was Scrap Palace that you refer to?
Further, if you encounter any further incidents please advise accordingly.
