Keeper,

I am Captain Darcious Adelram, we have met very briefly in Inverness and would like to continue our discussion about Nomadic destruction within Liberty and possible research to determine a weakness we can exploit, I believe we could in time develop a partnership and pull our combined resources to further this effort. The Legion is looking into expanding its fronts and I have taken charge of The Aro and will spearhead the effort to counter Nomadic attacks. However my Task Force will still comply with Legion Command and aid them against Liberty should the need arise. My intentions are cut and clear, What say you?
