My name is Allan Brahms Fawkes and, while I'm not entirely sure if introductions are in order, in the face of honesty and honor I'll be thorough. I have worked as supplier since I was young and although Kusari is not my homeland, my past has taken me inside your land - unfortunately, at the time, as a Samura employee.

Although this was long ago, I remember clearly being put in check during one of your operations in New Tokyo, specially because that occurrence was responsible for litting another fire in my path. I do not know of it's importance or remembrance amongst your files but I do, however, attribute to that that particular situation the understanding of the significance of your movement. I was younger at the time, I recon, but that was no excuse for my greed-induced blindness.

History has taken me through all houses - from Rheinland and forth - and in touch with several different groups, but it brings me shame how long enough I took me to realize I was focusing my efforts in tasteless goals. It is my wish to rectify that.

Dedication and a stroke of opportunity led me here, to the Seraphim - a group that simply desires to use it's resources to improve human life as a whole. Which brings me to the points in hand:

First, I'd like to offer my personal apologies for being uninformed on the past, I had the opportunity to do different on my early years and I didn't. If I could, somehow, be of use, be it supplying food, civilian transportation or even medical supplies, I would be happy to do so.

Second, I'd like to ask for recognition to circulate and operate inside your borders. This is no request for free passage, merely a show of faith that I do not wish my past to be a burden upon our future relations. It is both my desire and duty to extend support to those in need of care and unable to find it elsewhere, regardless of affiliation.

It is more than just a small surprise to see such a message reaching us. Normally, most people deny the mistakes of their past or outright ignore them. Your approach to the matter is unusual yet a good sign.
Fear not, your prior work for Samura is no real burden, not when your words are of honest nature. Many fell victim to their blinding promises and while you found your way far from Samura, it still corrupts many people in Kusari. Your situation back then appears as understandable to us, you were young, eager to make a lot of money. Bluntly spoken, the usual everyone thinks about in their youth. You served them as a mere worker, that alone does not make you a bad person.

You appear as even less as a bad person, the Seraphim you said? This sounds like a noble goal you set yourself there. It will be truly hard to achieve success for this though. But the attempt alone is worth honoring. Your offer to assist us through shipments was noted. A general a variety of pharmaceutics and alcoholic beverages is always welcomed.

I suppose the fact that you can freely deliver goods to us as a compensation for your service for Samura, as well as a way to make yourself feel better, already says enough about how much your past is a burden to possible future relations. Consider yourself welcome as a guest. Just do not expect all too much friendliness from some of my sisters, a few still suffer from various bad experiences with men, including the few men who were granted docking rights to our installations. Anyway, I hope that we both can benefit from each other in the future, Mister Allan Brahms Fawkes.
