Reason(s) for Construction: [we need a base of operation to better handle our day to day tasks such as new pilots we have standing orders to assist them in Pennsylvania at all times , having a base would make it easier to teach them mechanics as well as the rules and regulations of Sirius, the space around the base will be used for combat training , with the base stocked on cheap ship shield and weapon upgrade options for them , we are aiming to make this our foot hold for recruiting and training pilots , in the future we will expand to teach them trading mechanics from Hyperion Equipment & Exports to a allied base]
