Since the introduction of the Thüringen system, it uses a very low quality starsphere which contains only one texture that is repeatedly used all over the place, stretched and some even invisible. After having ranted about it on Discord for hours yesterday, I started with the production of a new starsphere that catches the essence of the old one but upgrades the quality, in my opinion, significantly.

Comparison:

The new file (starsphere_RH08.cmp) is around one megabyte small and saves space by not being a cube map but just one big texture stretched around a bubble - similar to CA01's starsphere.
