Frankly, if there weren't two other people more than capable of doing it themselves I would have sunk this thread a while ago.
This discussion began in and has yet to emerge from the muddy banks of intellectual discourse mountain. I'm going to check back in a while to see if it's evolved into something that can pass as a pale imitation for a constructive exchange of ideas.
If not, it's going to be eaten by the lock monster. -DL
But Malinka also LN-LNS-Milwaukee
LN-LNS-Milwaukee = good fleet coordination and victory.
Also, Malinka + Buddies+ teamspeak = coordination
coordination + buddies + fun = winning combination
So winning combination = Better odds
Therefore, odds for LN are 1 to 4 against pirates
So 25/100 odds against LN vs pirates have been taken into account.
Victory is a calculated outcome
The point is i was on teamspeak with 6 other unlawful pilots
coordination was extremely easy within the members of our squad.
we were only 3 GBs 3 bombers and 2 fighters
And coordination from my part and others members in teamspeak was flawless
Basically, GET A GRIP OF REALITY AND USE TEAMSPEAK OR VENTRILLO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
SERIOULSY!!!
Im also getting sick of getting pwned while flying the Milwaukee because the LN is unable to coordinate their actions as a group.
And basic fleet coordination within the LN yesterday was, euh lets see,, like chickens running around without head,
their group split up, they engaged on at the time and where really confused about who to target.
Sometime its good to be bad, and i dont even regret joining up with the pirates group instead of pulling out the Milwaukee with the LN.
I had fun with others players on teamspeak in this pirates group, wich would never have happened joining up with the LN in this fight, simply i would just died again pointlessly without any chances.
Even now i am wondering if i should keep the Milwaukee as an LN ship, there already too many capitals ships indies or LN, and as what i witnessed yesterday, it really does not change a thing how many caps you have.
I m disappointed regarding the behavior of LN members after the fight, calling cheaters some of the pirates, which was a gesture of anger pointing out to their own problems!!!
The LN has lot of proofs to give out soon, because i got a box of mothball for the Milwaukee if this situation does not change!!!
Whats going on?!?!
:crazy:Becasue each time i get killed under the Milwaukee, i start running around naked and screaming crazy!!
I'm going to abstain from further comment here, aside from that this server's about roleplay and common decency. Adolescent chest-beating about being good at a video game is dumb anywhere, as are accusations of cheating after you lose. Here it's not only dumb but flies in the face of what we're about here.
Use of voice programs is fine but shouldn't be necessary to compete. I know I've left other games because things got too competitive and stopped being fun because. Typically as well, when I know I'm better-organized and more skillful at a game than the one(s) I'm flying against, I'll intentionally ratchet back the skill level and keep it interesting. I'll intentionally miss shots or tickle them with pulse guns on the hull. I'll fly a straight line and fire at them with rear turrets. If it's a cap fight, I'll try to peel off their guns/components one by one.
Basically, I keep it fun for all involved. I dunno about the rest of you, but I'm just here to hang out and make my and everyone else's experience a positive one.
In many instances this has worked well to foster good player relations and proven a solid learning experience for those I had the roleplayed 'fight' with. Just because you can blast them apart with ease doesn't mean you just go ahead and do so. We're all here to play a role -- if you're assured of your own victory, then make it entertaining.
Well, sir, I do believe a break is in order. I know the feeling (It drove me away from the Corsairs and into my favorite NPC faction once upon a time), and I think that a break would help you out the most. Don't leave Liberty by any means, but just take a walk, so to speak. Play a game that doesn't consume you so much. Try Fallout (Though it also consumes you ), Company of Heroes, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, or somesuch game, or go back and live in some nostalgia or something, and return with a renewed perspective and a cool head. That is what I would suggest.
[8:32:45 PM] Dusty Lens: Oh no, let me get that. Hello? Oh it's my grandma. She says to be roleplay.
[12:49:19 AM] Elgatodiablo: You know its nice that you have all that proof and all, Bacon... but I just don't believe you.
