Hispania Armed Forces,
The Council has voted on whether or not to accept your plea for peace with the rest of the Corsair nation.
You should be aware that there was strong opposition to this, and if it where not for extreme circumstances I am sure your plea would have been rejected. The vote was carried after a number of Elders where influenced by an apparent "religious revelation". I for one hope that this will be the last time that religion and old-fashioned superstitions interfere in our nation's politics and affairs.
The Council is willing to allow your organisation to operate without hostility within our empire under the following conditions;

• That you keep to your word regarding your earlier promises;
  -------To recognise the Council's authority and abide by it's laws
  ------To avoid repeating previous misconduct
  -------//To follow Server Laws, not rule lawyer, not speak full Spanish anywhere other than private comms, or insult other players.//
  
  
  
• That you devote resources and time over the next few weeks to the acquisition of food from traders for the empire. You can do this by traditional piracy of food-transports, or by forcing traders to bring shipments of food to Crete. These efforts should act as reparations for the damage to the security and sovereignty of this nation that this Civil War has caused.
  
  
  
• Given that your organisation is no longer exiled, you will be charged with defence of our empire, and it is therefore expected that your fleet be suitable and well maintained. For this reason, the Council recommends that you, for the most part, abandon inferior foreign technology and update your fleet with the latest ships and technologies of Corsair design and manufacture.
  
  

You should be aware that many within the Council are extremely uneasy with this action. It may take a long time for you to earn the trust of the Corsair nation once more. You should also be aware that if at any time you give the Council reason to regret giving you this chance, the combined forces of the Brotherhood, the Omega Pirates Guild, the Benitez and respected independents will show you no mercy. Today, the Gods are on your side. If we find ourselves in this situation again, rest assured that the Gods will not be able to save you.
