Stuck in Sunderland research station

Hello, I got stuck when I tried to undock from the station (located in the Newcastle system); I tried to :
_dock again==>didn't work
_search for an escape using strafe and reverse throttle==>didin't work as I'm stuck inside the station

What can I do, help me please

The last time I got stuck in a base I actually engaged cruise engines then moved the controls around a bunch. I got some funny comments when I undocked already going 300+ lmao.

Switch from cockpit to turret view, try starfe again, and switch back and try again.

If this didnt help, everytime u do F1 in space, u appear 5 or 10 feet "higher". Do F1 10 times, maybe 5 or 2 would help.

Another option is F1 in space, then relog and HOLD your thruster down. For the first few seconds ingame you can fly through bases. So you may get loose that way.
