That statement of intent combined with a skype chat demonstrating OPG members already planning to entrap other players into rule violations by using under level ships to provoke attacks which can then be reported for sanctions has now brought about this imprisonment.
This so called civil war has now become a sham of schoolyard bullying, and insults thinly veiled as "rp taunts", along with schemes designed to get the other side sanctioned. Since no one seems able to handle this disagreement within roleplay, it will no longer be allowed to exist.
The civil war is over.
The only thing left to settle is how you will all exist in peace as Corsairs. If you can't find a compromise or common ground to do that, then your factions are done on this server.
Consider your stay in Bastille to be involuntary binding arbitration. No one is coming out until you settle your differences.
If new characters are created to take this conflict back to Gamma or elsewhere, character deletions and player bans will result.
You had your chance to roleplay this out on the server as Corsairs and you failed miserably. Now you will work it out as players on the forums or elsewhere, or we'll all just miss you when you've gone.
When you've got things settled, the leaders of both factions should inform us about their plan for mutual peace and goodwill.
