Imperialis is a character flying a Taiiden bomber and you encountered it in Omicron Delta earlier today. I had been experiencing very bad lag since just before I came into Delta, with red lag flashing constantly with yellow appearing occassionally, along with a host of players logging on or off etc (Basically my game catching up with the server). I decided to make a straight go for Freeport 11 to try dock before logging off, since I probably would have been sat there for a long long time if I had logged off in space, due to the lag.
I did notice two Keepers and another player on my scanners but I couldn't tell whether or not they were coming or going or even moving, since ships kept moving in the same direction they were moving in when the lag starts up again (often ending with ships 30/40k out, as was the case here with the other player, before my game gets the info from the server and corrects it).
I finally stopped at Freeport 11 and hit dock. After a while it did nothing so I quit the game, thinking that my ship was fine as I had encountered no damage of any sort on my flight there.
It wasn't until I logged back in just now that I noticed the damage to my hull. The only way that could have happened is if the Keepers had engaged me.
Thus, please accept my humblest of apologies for this mess. I don't know what I can do to prove my explanation and I can only offer my word currently about it. I hope that's enough and if not, then I'll accept any sanction that comes my way for it.

I was the one who damaged you, went into EK behind and fired few Nomad Torps, tried to scare you. When you didn't react i just left you as you were, then when you got to FP you just sat there still but your docking lights were flashing.
I saw you had no guns so i didn't want to fight you, just scare you. It was really weird to see you not change course after the third torp hit you..
