DERFINDER has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 17th feb 09 for:
Quote:3.3 All messages in chat must be in understandable English, unless the chat is private and both members know the language being used.
3.4 Out-of-character (OOC) chat should not be used for system chat, except in emergencies
Consequences: Fined 20million credits.
Notes: As the rule says, speak in english, speak in character, and (as a little note) cruising on a combat situation isn't a good idea. We are translating what you said, and if (as we suspect) it turns out to be abusive, then you'll be getting a far more hefty sanction for that.
