LH~DoubleDeath, AlecTrevalyan and -pandemic- have been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 17/02/2009 for:
Quote:3.4 Out-of-character (OOC) chat should not be used for system chat, except in emergencies
3.5 Attempts to pose as admins, threatening players with sanctions, attempts to interpret rules are not allowed. Applying to admin's name without prior consent of the admin is not allowed.
5.7 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) while the enemy (player or players involved in the fight) remains in the system, but no more than 4 hours.
If the player respawns in the same system, he/she must leave the system without engaging. Other players are not allowed to attack one who is leaving.
Consequences: LH~Doubledeath: Fined all credits
Pandemic: Lost guns in lieu of credits
AlecTrevalyan: Fined everything except your thruster and scanner
Notes: DoubleDeath. You were dead, which means you should have left immediately after you died, the fact you chose not to has led to this sanction. After the second time you died, a perfectly legal kill check the Lane Hacker ID equipped on your level 36 ship, you don't switch to another ship and start OOCing like a crazy man.
AlecTrevalyan. "I would sanction you if you did" That looks alot like posing as an Admin. An awful lot like posing as an Admin. You are not any Admin we know. Because if you were you'd have knwon that the attack on DoubleDeath was perfectly legitimate.

I agree. Rashly said of me considering I meant "report" and my frustration with the enemy character (and his player) shouldn't have gone into OOC chat.
In retrospect a temporary ban would have been fitting for me. Ashamed of what I said and it will not be repeated.
