You have been banned for cheating. To re-iterate what I said on the Admin Forums about this incident.

You are responsible for everything that happens on your accounts. So if you "lend" your account to someone else and they cheat, you're going to get slapped.

Also it's funny that only one IP appears on your accounts, even though you "lent" it to someone else...

besides i got a new game id and was useing it untel like 3 minets ago
it kicked me for staying in the base to long and when i try ed to reconnect the ping was ????
so i restarted my computer and now every server but this one shows up

For an american, your english is pretty horrifying, to say the least.
Ping being ???? however does not mean you are banned, probably a problem server wise or your connection.
