Mr.Black/Santo and Cristiano has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on Feb 25 2009 for:
Quote:5.6 If a player engages cruise engine or docks during a PvP fight, this player is considered fleeing. The fleeing player must leave and may not re-enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) while the enemy (player or players involved in the fight) remains in the system, but no more than 4 hours.
However, the fleeing player can re-engage at will if chased.
6.3 Carrying any unmounted IDs in player ship is prohibited. Transferring or trading IDs is also prohibited. This rule applies to everyone, including faction leaders and server administrators.
Consequences: Mr.Black has had all his guns and credits and auxillery equipment removed. Re-engagement is bad. You cruise in a fight and you are considered to be fleeing. You can't then cruise right back around and start shooting again because your shield is up. Especialy bad form in that big ol' battleship. Renaming your ship is no escape either.
Cristiano gets a 10million credit fine, gained through the removal of equipment and credits. Having multiple ID's on your ship is against the rules. Also (as I suspect you did) is transferring ID's between players. You didn't appear to have the rep to buy a corsair ID when the report was filed, so I can only assume someone gave it to you.
