HAF-C.Loco.Bosnio has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 26/02/2009 for:
Quote:6.6 PvP combat is allowed only on roleplay basis. The pilot who is attacking must scan for an ID prior to the attack. Relying on general reputation status (red/neutral/green) without scanning for the ID is not allowed.
Non-RP attacks are considered PvP abuse and are sanctioned accordingly.
6.21 Attacking without an engagement notice is not allowed. All attacks must be preceded with some form of RP, regardless of NPC faction diplomacy.
Consequences: Fined all credits and guns. Notifications in hold
Notes: Not only without any words, but wiothout any roleplay in evidence at all.
It is still not clear to me if I any of those fined or sanctioned are supposed to request evidence of
their felony every time, or screen shots should be here by default. I can only guarantee that I have NEVER broken rules intentionally and if I did damaged somebody unintentionally I have apologized instantly and ALWAYS offered some sort of compensation, in form of credits or any other way which those I sanctioned against (very few) found most suitable. So far I can only try and guess what this one could be about, still was it not recommended by respected Admins that any violation of rules should be discussed between players before an sanction report is filed. This time it resulted in fine, next time it might be temporary ban or worse. That is the only reason I want to see evidence that I have broken the rules and to know who suffered if I did so. So that I can apologize personally and offer some sort of compensation. As I always do.
