One_of_them has been sanctioned for:

6.6 PvP combat is allowed only on roleplay basis. The pilot who is attacking must scan for an ID prior to the
attack. Relying on general reputation status (red/neutral/green) without scanning for the ID is not allowed.

6.21 Attacking without an engagement notice is not allowed. All attacks must be preceded with some form of
RP, regardless of NPC faction diplomacy.

Very clear violations of the above rules. If you cannot, or will not communicate in game sir, then this is not
the server for you. Roleplay is expected at all times. 'Red is dead' is not acceptable.

Fined all credits and guns.

And your Bretonian Military Tagged Dragon Gunboat has had its reputation board altered to fit a little better.
That cost you a fine as well.
