The main battlegroup used as the defensive fleet for the Velvet Organisation. Stationed primarily at Freeport 11 on rotating shifts.The fleet as a whole rarely deploys and instead often operates as singular units All ships have accompanying bomber and fighter wings. However, as they would be too numerous to list, they have been omitted from the Battlegroup.

The Black Kite Task force is Velvet's Smaller Patrol Fleet, used to maintain a Capitol presence around Velvet assets whilst also acting as a First Response Unit where Capital assets may be required but where a Battlegroup would be excessive. Based primarily out of the Theta system, it is also the main reinforcement for if Canis Battlegroup gets deployed in full.

Echo Task Force:
A scout and reconnaissance team. Information gatherers, spies the works. Working with allies to make sure that we know everything that they can share, as well as working on securing our own borders before strikes happen. Their current taskings are to be going from system to system to gather information on Nomad activity and those who they are allied to.

Alinio Task Force:
A small group that is dedicated to be the eyes and ears of Velvet within House space. They also act as the primary go to point for any in house politics to be relayed back to High Command and respective leaders. They often operate alone or in small groups, often under cover. Due to this, there is no official list of the members.
Anchor Task Force:
The primary operatives who operate the fighters and bombers within the Canis Battlegroup. When not being used in fleet situations through Canis, they are often left as the fighter and bomber pilots defending the stations of the Omicrons and Omegas from any impending Nomad invasion and also concentrating on the security and protection of the people on the station by being the first point of contact for the enforcement of the No Fire Zones.

Atlas Logistics Fleet:
The Atlas Logistics Fleet, while fairly new to Velvet's forces, was born out of a necessity of self-sufficiency. Not willing to tie themselves to either the Order or the Core, Velvet formed Atlas hastily, pushing it into service through testing the waters with a few shipping deals with their allies in the Omicrons. With the need for supplies and materials to fortify their position in Omicron Delta and the uncertainty of shipping companies slowly bleeding Velvet's coffers, Atlas was pushed into service with the vanguard Whales dubbed the Moonstones. While the newest of all fleets under Velvet's control, Atlas has already proven itself as a potent force for keeping Velvet funded and supplied in it's mission to defend the Freeports under it's protection, as well as continue it's aggressive stance towards the Nomads.

Salvador Section:
Given the recent exodus at Gran Canaria and the one at Leeds, Velvet got itself prepared that should such events would occur again, it would be ready. Thus, it set up a small group of liners and ships specifically designed for transportation of people. These vessels although may serve other purposes, are rarely called on to work in the mass movement of people. These vessels have no set permanent captain or crew.

Artemis Wing:
A more elite wing of fighters and bombers. These pilots are either the best of the organisation, or have exceptional scouting skills. They work often alone or as a small group of 2 or 3 members. They are either covert operatives or are specifically trained or selected to be a part of Artemis. Their taskings come directly from Melissa only.
