Every culture, every folklore has their own stories. Fables, myths and lullabies, spanning generations. One is more common throughout them though and found in near all societies which humanity has ever spawned. The telling differs, descriptions and events each reflect their places of origin. But at it's core it always is the same. Your life comes to it's end and you pass into the world beyond. A shadowy figure takes your soul and carries it away. All of your life's years it lurked in the dark, waiting for this very moment. And sure does show up and does it's grim work. You name how the story goes, each place tells the tale according to it's history. Come one way or the other, it has a name.

What place lies beyond is unknown. Enter the Reapers.
Not much is known about the Reapers. Neither a word on who they are nor even on where they come from. What is known is that they are with the Corsairs and are seen with alarming frequency at planet Cella Dor.
Rumours have it that once a Reaper was seen dying, just for that very same one returning and finish what it began the other day. Rumours have it that a Reaper takes your blood, leaving nothing but a drained and hollow body, only skin and bones behind.

A religious cult, a murderous sect, worshippers of some greater evil, names they have many. The devourers of souls, the withering shrouds, death's scythe, the devil's signature.

Highly violent. Highly dangerous. Avoid, if possible, at all cost.

Once you give in to the void, space itself becomes time.
Once you give in to the void, many are the shades of reality.
Forever seems to linger far away.

All I ask for is another day.
