I just don't get why the name of the language would change. Americans didn't rename the english language the american language when they got independence.

I've always thought of everything relating to Kusari as Kusari: That person is a Kusari, that is kusari technology, the Kusari people are.... etc.

As long as we are mentioning other houses, I think of them as:
Libertonian, both as noun and adjective, though sometimes I think of Liberty as the adjective as well.
Bretonian, both as noun and adjective.
Rheinlander as noun, and I've never really thought about an adjective as I don't spend much time in Rheinland.

Ivan Ilyich- Zoner Trader
Ichiro Watanabe- Naval Forces Pilot
Ayaka Watanabe- Kusari civilian, younger sister of Ichiro.
Ketchikan- Zoner Destroyer

A faction that I've never seen any significance from?

Zelot has it right. Kusarian makes sense, but it's better to say he is of kusari descent. Kusaranese? no.. just.. no. It's differant from Japan, that is japanese food. He is from Kusari, that is Kusarian Food..

That is Kusari food, seems better. Plus it gives a slight sense of ownership or pride.
He is Kusarian
vs.
He is of Kusari. (?)

If your referring to the population-
The Kusari people went to the store.
