We would like to question you about an urgent matter regarding our borders. At our current stage, we have a similar vision regarding them with your police.

....when it comes to enforcing laws within the Galileo and Kepler System. Currently the borders are very clear and both systems are basically cut in half. The South Sides are enforced by Liberty and the Northern side are enforced by Kusari...

But during my patrol, while checking rumors, we have found Liberty Navy affiliated base Pearl Harbor right next to our border. And question stands... Was it authorized by you, or it's an illegal installation not associated with Liberty Government?

Howdy,

Allen Bradley, Vice Admiral of the Liberty Fifth Fleet.
Our records only show one installation that's ever bore the name of 'Pearl Harbor', and that was destroyed by the Royal Navy during their terror campaign in California. Since then, there have been no plans to expedite the creation of another, and certainly not within the Kepler system.

Whomever owns such a station will be contacted by the Liberty Navy if they haven't already. I'm sure the administration of Ames would also be pretty peeved to hear that an unauthorized Naval installation cropped up in their literal backyard.
In short, no. It's not one of ours, and isn't in any of the Government channels as far as I'm aware. We'll look into it, though, as I'm sure you will too.
