I used to do this type of work (making civilian aircraft modifications schematics), but i used to charge about 100-500 USD depending the complexity of the design, i work on autocad.

Its not an easy job and very time consuming, but i will see if i can do it for free, because i have now lots of free time.

well. the lowest ranked sailors. why, they use the lowest ranked pvt (myself, for instance...) to clean the floor, fix the windows, and what not... =P
