Try updating drives, and is the screen *all* blue or does it have text?

Come on! Be free!

Make sure to deactivate 3D Sound in your options. It causes this problem in 95% of cases.

If he means blue screen of death.....than we have a problem. Though plain blue would need a driver update like stated.

If an update doesn't work. How old is this computer?

It is 3D Sound. I had the exact same problem. 1-2 hour intervals with the blue screen of death and reboot. Most often happening in jumpgates, and when minimizing Freelancer and maximizing it again.

Deactivate 3D Sound and you will thank me.
