Cheat Clients During Crash Times

The other night I noted multiple (about a dozen) spawns of 500 units of Engine Components and Single Mk VIII Armors over Manhattan. Three crashes in that time.

I am becoming convinced that some semi-regular players (not just total newcomers) who are frequently in Manhattan may sideline as sporadic cheats when they are bored. Can't prove it just based on several things I noticed.

I pmed Xoria with the times of the cheat so logs can be checked.
