Yes, I made that thing, probably you all did, however I also found appropriate logos, namelists and I made fixed starter systems. which are semi-accurate.

Without further ado, I present you the link that leads to the collection of mods necessary for the full experience.

To-do List:

-Make a Static Galaxy in a "Discovery+" manner. Those who knows stellaris knows well that you need more than 100 ish systems. Basically I will need to make lots, LOTS of Tau Sigma Omega Omicrons and some IWs.

-As I could not find a French Name List around, I will need help creating one from scratch. Needs alot of character names, planet names, ship names per class and base names too.

-Find a way to import vanilla models and try to implement whatever discovery models I can get permission for.

An example from older version
Aquitaine
O-Gamma

So many habitable planets. And can you imagine a fleet of Defenders? I'll tell you what though, Nomads would make and look great as an endgame crisis. I can't imagine those effects are going to translate easily, though.

Thats where we hit a technical issue. You cant create multistar systems manually yet.

You are supposed to imagine a fleet of Defiants and Archers.

I've thought about a Freelancer Stellaris mod ever since it came out. Watching huge fleets of the houses duke it out in space. Ah, space organism!

I've never modded and I don't know code, but I can type things. How can I help?

It ain't about what you are capable of, it's about what you're willing to do.

Can you actually manually spawn a set non-randomized universe via mod?

Late answer, sorry for that, but yes, you can.
